The Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research (FGSR) oversees Saint Mary’s graduate programs and supports the university’s research endeavours. The Faculty offers a wealth of information and resources on graduate studies and research activities within the university.

Mitacs Training Courses

General curriculum:

Mitacs is happy to share that we have scheduled new dates for our facilitated sessions between January and March 2023 and would like to invite students and post-doctoral fellows from your university to register. You will find attached the list of sessions available till March 2023.

We are also pleased to announce that we have added official certificates of completion for each of our course bundles. Please share with your students. 

To register, students need to create an account or log in on our learning management system EDGE. 

NEW Special request:

Mitacs is offering our current online training courses to our partners interested in their students taking our course as a group. Special requests are available in limited quantity at this time and must meet our Training’s criteria to be approved. These courses are free, can be provided throughout all Canadian time zones, and are offered in both French and English.

Please note that any student within a Canadian university, Mitacs program participant or student not affiliated to our programs, can access our general curriculum at their leisure should a special request not fit with your university’s needs.
